4. To receive a statement of the Parish Council’s Accounts for the year ended the 31st March 2007 and observations on the finances for the current year.

5. To receive the accounts of the Parochial Charity.

6. To receive a report from the Parish Footpaths Officer.

7. To receive a report from the Lengthsman’s Scheme Administrator.

8. To receive reports from Parish Organisations & Community Representatives.

9. To receive a report from Cllr Harry Bramer.

10. Submissions, questions, proposals from Parishioners.

This is not a Parish Council meeting, it is your meeting which by law is required to be held annually, however the Chairman and Clerk preside, so please take advantage of this opportunity to air your views.
