Standard pre-consultation letters to service providers |

The two standard letters
were endorsed. It was decided that,
rather than bring each letter to full Council for approval, the Chairman and
the Clerk should proceed with letters and consultation meeting arrangements
as appropriate and report to Council on the outcomes. |

A public meeting should be called once the initial consultations have
been completed, so that there is something positive to encourage
participation by the wider community. |
